All sales are final. CollectorsBay does not offer cancellations, returns, or refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
No cancellations
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. This includes auction wins, which are binding once the auction closes.
No returns or refunds
As collectibles, all items are sold on an as-is basis and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund after purchase.
Damaged or incorrect items
We inspect and pack every item carefully. In the rare event that you receive a wrongly shipped item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ojadhav42@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos. We will review such cases individually; this does not constitute a general return or refund policy.
